Privacy, in plain language.
This notice explains how Rezzah handles information submitted through this website. It covers project inquiries and ordinary website communications; individual client agreements may contain additional project-specific privacy terms.
What we collect
The project form may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, requested photography or video format, preferred date, location, intended use, approximate scope and the message you choose to send.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to assess availability, understand the requested work, prepare a scope or quote, answer questions and maintain the resulting business correspondence. The website does not ask for payment-card details or sensitive identity documents.
How it is handled
The website may use its hosting provider to receive the form and an email-delivery provider to send it to the Rezzah inbox. Access should be limited to the people who need the information to respond or deliver the project. Information may be processed in countries where those providers operate.
Retention
Inquiries and related correspondence are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, prepare or administer a project, meet record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service from misuse. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized.
Sharing and marketing
Inquiry information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, form delivery, email or project administration under appropriate service terms. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information Rezzah holds about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where the information is no longer required. Use the website inquiry or the verified direct contact shown on the main site.
Photography and portfolio permissions
Permissions for photographing, delivering, publishing or keeping project imagery are handled separately in the relevant proposal, booking terms, release or project agreement. Private-event clients can raise portfolio and social-sharing preferences before booking.
External services
Links to Instagram, WhatsApp or other third-party services are governed by those services’ own privacy terms. Rezzah does not control their websites or applications.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the website, providers or business processes change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
