Website terms.

These terms apply to this website and its general information. A photography or videography booking is governed by the written proposal, booking terms and project agreement accepted for that assignment.

Website information

Service descriptions explain the kinds of work Rezzah may offer. They are not a fixed package, price, availability promise or binding quote. Coverage, crew, deliverables, usage, turnaround, travel, payment and other project terms are confirmed in writing before booking.

Inquiries and bookings

Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a service contract. A booking becomes confirmed only through the acceptance and payment steps stated in the relevant written proposal or agreement.

Images and studies

Portfolio photographs and videos are presented to demonstrate Rezzah’s work and services. Client or project names should appear only where the material is accurately identified and publication permission has been confirmed.

Intellectual property

The Rezzah name, site design, writing, graphics, photographs, videos and other materials on this website may be protected by intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, republished, sold or used commercially without the relevant rights holder’s written permission. Normal sharing through a direct link is permitted.

Client usage

Usage rights for commissioned photography and videography are defined in the relevant proposal or licence. Website access does not grant rights to use portfolio imagery, download source files or reproduce project materials.

External links

The website may link to Instagram, WhatsApp and other external services. Those services are operated independently and Rezzah is not responsible for their availability, security, content or terms.

Availability and changes

Rezzah may update, correct, suspend or remove website content and features. Reasonable care is taken with published information, but uninterrupted access and error-free operation are not guaranteed.
